Ultimately, this was really more a collection of small projects that somehow were all worked together, finished ahead of schedule, and all done perfectly. The new sliding door out to our deck is exactly what we hoped for. The additional plumbing and electrical work that we added in and that was done throughout the house is exactly what we hoped for. What I appreciate most about Greg in general is his communication and logistical planning along the way - even when I increase scope along the way. What this latest project made me specifically realize, though, is not just the quality of Greg's work and planning for his direct team but his uncanny and incredible ability to line up all of his excellent subs in a way that just perfectly flows and happens. There really isn't a way to finishany project on-time without this, but my second experience of witnessing something finish ahead of schedule has made me really appreciate this about Greg and his extended team. I'll sum and close it up this way: I continue to believe that there is no better contractor in the area for any project of any size and at any level of complexity

They just finished my attic dormer and I couldn't be more pleased with the final product as well as the collaboration. I had wanted to do this project for some time, and the only concern I had was how invasive the project would be to the rest of my home. Greg handled everything perfectly, and planned his work step by step. He gave my attic a level floor, installed beams to carry loads down to the basement, and made pinpoint incisions in the roof. He did all of this without having to modify anything on the floors below, took care to minimize any dust, removed all debris everyday, and planned the actual roof tear off on a stretch of days that did not have rain. In my experience, it is attention to these kinds of details on a project that takes it from good to great. Greg genuinely sees these details, and delivers an exceptional product. I would not hesitate to hire Greg again in the future, and would highly recommend him to anyone.

05-06-2022 | Review by Fred F. in Canton, MAI hired Real Pro Rehab to add an addition to totally renovate an 18th Century Tavern as well as build a separate 3 car garage and deck with handicap ramp leading from garage to addition. The work started at a bad time with the advent of COVID which caused delays in the work due to subcontractor issues, materials shortages and utility company holdups. All of which caused delays in executing the total gut rehabilitation, structural replacements of the structure. It caused numerous delays but Real Pro Rehab stuck it out and eventually completed their obligations. With two families to appease and so many issues we remained close trying to complete a very large undertaking. When a job is drawn out everyone gets on edge and at the end of the grind I would recommend Greg and his team to others. He stuck with it and overcame many obstacles.

Covid was in bloom and 1'm sure it was a problem for him with his subs and material suppliers. As a result the project ran longer than anyone anticipated. However Greg was resolute in overcoming these obstacles and finally completing the project. He also had problems with the utility company that took some time to resolve and also held him back. We came to be close and I consider him a friend. When you have a big project make sure you have a good architect so everything is in black and white. Listen to Greg and I believe he sincerely has your interest at heart. He was trying to balance two families in this project and I know from being in the construction field all my life it is hard enough dealing with one. I would recommend Greg and Real Pro to others and would gladly speak to anyone on his behalf.

I cannot think of any other buying experience for any type of good or service that had such care in detail, consideration of our needs and desire, and that was done so swiftly - well ahead of both our expectations and the projected schedule. Our specific project was converting a former basement-level garage to both a living space area and an externally accessible storage area; having considered this project for some time, we knew there were key decisions to make and some decisions to make that we weren't even aware of yet. Greg was able to deftly and immediately identify all potential design options and nuances and setup a project that cut through our Gordian-Knot concerns and already-identified complexities with ease. He and his team started ahead of schedule; they worked around and tirelessly through the weather and - at every opportunity for a pivot or adjustment to the plan - there was a consistent identification and delivery of the most polished outcome. We are, in just one example, especially grateful for the modification to the external entrance where Greg's proposed and effected intra-project modifications led to one of the most elegant aspects of our new living space. It is difficult to describe and, I believe, impossible to overstate how warm and talented Greg is in his written and verbal communication at every project phase for any level of decision or update. Greg's communication combined with very fair and competitive pricing, the dedication and planning to finish a project ahead of schedule, and the attention to the most minute details lead me to this: Real Pro Rehab is an incredible company with a great leader, and I would highly and unequivocally recommend them to anyone.

Real Pro Rehab did an unbelievable job on my project. Grega s level of communication is better than anyone I have worked with in the past. Our project was a gut renovation along with building a 3rd floor addition, this included renovating/building 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, new staircase, removing two chimneys, and reconfiguring the support structure of the entire house. Greg helped me through the permit application process including a special hearing to get permission to undertake this project. The end result has blown my wife and I away. Greg has asked me how I wanted to approach many situations and got to know exactly what we wanted, then he was able to make decisions at times which fell perfectly in line with what we wanted. Anytime there were any issues that arose, he fixed them immediately. The pricing was very fair compared to other quotes I got, and all change orders that I requested were priced fairly. Not only was the work extremely good, but the job site was also kept in great condition every single day to the point that I had neighbors on two separate occasions come up to me outside the house and tell me how much they appreciated the cleanup every day. There had been large jobs done in the past 2 years on my street and the contractors let trash and debris blow all over the neighborhood and Real Pro Rehab never had any issues like that. I was able to walk into the house to see the progress at the end of any day and I could always expect the place to be picked up and clean. I will be using Real Pro Rehab for all my future construction projects and I could not recommend them more highly

We hired Real Pro Rehab to complete a second-floor addition, with some elements of renovation in the existing portion of the second floor. This was a huge project, and Greg managed everything beautifully despite the many challenges presented by COVID-19 circumstances. Greg and his crew were professional and reliable, and they were very careful about their work areas and protecting our home (and being aware of the whereabouts of my children who were learning from home). They followed all COVID safety protocols and made sure that the subcontractors did the same. Communication was excellent, and Greg answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns promptly, and he approached all matters with an impressive level i of expertise. Greg dealt with any subcontractor issues quickly, and he timed the inspections perfectly; there i was never any lag time where work was not being completed. Overall, you can count on Greg to be honest, fair, professional, reliable, and really, anything that you are hoping for in a contractor. I am impressed not only by the quality of the work that he did, but also by the fairness of price, the consistent communication, and his outstanding crew comprised of his sons and his grandson. My wife and I bought our first home this year, and were pretty nervous about the remodeling process. We interviewed multiple contractors but Greg stood out from the start due to his professionalism, responsiveness, and expertise. Part of our project involved taking down a load bearing wall that separated the kitchen from the family room. While other contractors were unsure of how best to do this, Greg was experienced enough to know exactly how the wall was set up and how best to take it down without compromising the structural integrity of our house. Greg was also gracious enough to help us out with various other items not included in the project scope - offering to have his plumber set up our washer/dryer for us and checking on our heat when we had some issues with it. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, Greg is a true craftsman who takes great pride in his work. He is never sloppy and doesn't take the easy way out, but is always focused on delivering a quality end product. His team also did a great job of cleaning up after themselves, and respected the fact that even though we were renovating, this was the place we were coming home to every night. With the project at completion, our house looks even better than we had envisioned. We'll definitely be using Greg for any future projects.
