Kitchen Remodel

Completed this kitchen for a client that needed a contractor who could provide a kitchen renovation within budget and inline with the existing Suburban one family home. Owner needed to have kitchen updated totally inclusive of electrical, plumbing, cabinets, granite counters, and appliances. White shaker kitchen installed with; wall cabinets, crown moldings, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and painting. Moreover, this referenced kitchen was done to replace an old kitchen in bad repair.

Bath Renovation

Gut rehab of existing three piece bath to four piece bath with walk in shower, comfortable drop in tub, double sink wall hung vanity, and semi isolated water closet. Moreover, we installed large subway tile, stone flooring, and marble sheet flooring in shower.

Gut entire bath of electrical, plumbing, framing, and existing insulation.

Gut existing bath, frame new window, and add linen closet

Laid out bathroom so water closet appears semi-isolated.

Installed custom walk in shower with drop in soaking tub adding open beauty and comfort bathing. Moreover, we incorporated large subway tiles with marble and stone rendering a modern/contemporary finish.

Installed a Anderson high performance double hung window, re-framed all perimeter walls, closed cell insulation, electrical, plumbing, heat element, stone tile floor, and wall hung double sink vanity.

Framed and finished a much needed linen closet for convenient storage of bathroom essentials

Custom Pool House

The owner wanted the ultimate way to relax around the pool. We designed and built this 16'X24' pool house featuring multiple patio doors, stone tile flooring, and innovative lighting. Completed custom pool house boldly displaying roof window, architectural shingles, fiberglass columns, natural stone decking, and high performance patio doors with screens.

17'X46' addition inclusive of guest bedroom with full bath, oversized family room. Excitingly, addition flaunts 10' ceilings, recessed lighting, high efficiency forced hot air/cooling, hardwood flooring, stone/granite tiling, large energy star bay windows, and overhead/sub basement dry storage.

Install bay windows and red cedar clapboard siding.

Mep, plastering, and red oak hard wood installed.

Owner wanted to relocate/remodel kitchen with gut rehab/framing of dwelling. Further, we would provide new wiring, hvac, and plumbing to accommodate rehab as required. Complete framing/remodel of a kitchen. Moreover, the house in which referenced kitchen is done was built around 1850 and required extensive structural repair.

This homeowner required a new foyer area and closet added inclusive of farmers porch.

Design Style: Modern

Existing main entrance foyer to be demolished. And, we will install farmers porch, interior foyer along with side bump out for needed closet space at foyer.
